Inc. Used for all areas of flooring.
Sustainability: Stained concrete floors are inexpensive,
durable, and easy to get clean. They provide a solid floor surface without any
extra materials.
Installation: The concrete stain is applied directly onto
the concrete slab.
Maintenance: The floors can be swept clean of debris, then
mopped with a non-metallic brush using water and a mild soap.
Calculations: The building’s dimensions are 31’ x 20.5’.

Maintenance: The dried paint can be wiped with a dry towel.
If further cleaning is necessary, the wall can be wiped down with a soft cloth
and mild soapy water.

durable, washable, resistant to fungal growth, and reduces solar heat and UV
glare.
Installation: The window measurements are sent to the
manufacturer and they are produced at the exact measurements. These retractable
window treatments are hung in the interior of the window jamb.
Maintenance: The fabric window panels can be removed from
the retractable roll and washed in a washing machine.
Calculations: The building has two windows that are 3’ wide
and 6’ tall. Their dimensions are as follows:

Calculations: The ergonomic desk chair (1) requires 2 yards
of fabric. The conference chairs (10) each need 2 yards of fabric, amounting to
20 yards of fabric. The total amount of fabric needed is 22 yards.

Solution Statement: For this office, I have created an
industrial and clean environment using sustainable materials such as stained
concrete flooring, stainless steel countertop surfaces, and durable upholstery.
A neutral color scheme will make the space appear larger. Not only are the
chosen materials aesthetically pleasing, they are also functional, durable, and
sustainable. The total price for the materials for this project came out to $11,408.00.
